What to expect

I introduce a progressively more challenging series of postures, coordinated to the group’s or individual’s pace and interest, so that each lesson brings something new.

You should expect to sweat – while Ashtanga yoga has an implicit meditative quality, it is definitely not ‘relaxing’.

I teach in group settings, at yoga studios and in private classes in the comfort of your home.
